New BLOG sites for envirogroups and secondary teachers

23rd May 2007

Two new BLOG sites for secondary teachers and envirogroups to share ideas etc have recently been launched by school advisors in Education for Sustainability. Their addresses are Secondary EFS and EnvirogroupsNZ.

Teachers and student environmental groups in secondary schools are invited to view the BLOGS, and use them to provide an easy- to- use forum, for sharing ideas, resources, tips etc. about EE and EFS in secondary schools. The secondary community in EFS is so small, it makes sense to have a place specific for us, and this has come about as a response to requests from teachers and students, for communication with other people working /learning in secondary schools.

You don’t need to join, but can simply post comments by connecting through the “links to this post” button or the “comments” button. The comments are written in, submitted, and then posted (if they aren’t offensive).

Although it is possible to upload bits and pieces for people to view, for some info and resources you will be referred through to the national team BLOG, to which there is a link on the teachers’ site.
