Two enviroschools receive commendations in YHA Young Conservationist Awards

Room 1 Waitati school, Waitati and Hapuku School, Kaikoura both receive Wheke highly commended awards
This year's YHA Young Conservationist Awards saw a record total of 32 entries with 500 New Zealand students being involved in some amazing projects within New Zealand.
The winners of the Category Awards will be formally announced and presented with their prizes by the Hon. Chris Carter on Wednesday 11th October at 11 am at the National Museum of New Zealand Te Papa Tongawera, Wellington.
