There are 53 Enviroschools in the Otago region. That's a total of 11,140 students.

Take a look at our latest newsletter here. You'll see inspirational projects and be amazed at the depth of knowledge that students and staff have showed as part of many reflection sessions held over the past month. Also be prepared for 2012 with key dates of events coming up!

Green-Gold success, bread production, EcoHuts and green roofs...Otago schools and early childhood centres are well on the road towards a more sustainable future. See these projects and read more here!
Simon Williams works for Wanaka Wastebusters and is an Enviroschools facilitator in the Wanaka/Queestown area. He has started a blog site to keep students, teachers and schools in his area informed about the wonderful mahi that's going on!
